Bifurcation analysis of elastic residually-stressed circular cylindrical tubes

چکیده

The theory of superimposed incremental elastic deformations is applied to a deformed configuration residually-stressed circular cylindrical tube. tube subject internal or external pressure and an axial load that maintain its shape, then bifurcations from this shape are analysed. Detailed governing equations boundary conditions provided for axisymmetric, prismatic asymmetric general form strain–energy function incorporates radial circumferential residual stress components. simple model with two material parameters parameter reflects the magnitude stress. Numerical computations used illustrate dependence results bifurcation analysis on these underlying deformation. It shown in presence has significant effect compared corresponding without
